Distinctive Diamonds is pretty well known for catering to every one of our guests – whether you buy from us or not. We’re always happy to treat you to a beverage and a chocolate.

We’re also known as the diamond retailer that doesn’t push. Ever. Come in three times or thirty – just to look. We’re just happy to see you here. If you make a purchase, that’s fine too, of course — but whether you buy a single sterling silver charm for your bracelet or a complete bridal set, we’ll treat you with the same respect.

You can drop in here to have your jewelry repaired, too. We have a full repair shop in-house that stays open six days a week. We don’t ship our repair jobs out of the store. We’d rather do repairs ourselves, so we can oversee the work and guarantee it’s done right. Generally, that means we can get it done quickly, too.

So, if you happen to lose a stone or break a prong, we can probably repair the damage within a couple of days. Often, we can re-set diamonds right away, if need be. If you are a customer of ours, you can come in any time and browse while we steam clean your rings, free of charge. You can count on having a chocolate and beverage too, of course.
